Meet The Author
Kavita Channe
is an entertainment dynamo known for her work as a TV host, producer, winepreneur and philanthropist, however her greatest achievement is being a single mother to Magical Micah and Mighty Maverick. In her free time, Kavita loves reading books with her kids and taking them on adventures. It was one such adventure—to a summer house in the Hamptons during the pandemic—that sparked the idea for her debut picture book, Frederick the Hamptons Frog.
Kavita recognizes the importance of education, and loves teaching her children about the world. When she's not with her kids, or working as a TV personality & winepreneur, Channe gives back by lending her voice to various nonprofits around the country. Her charitable work inspired her to want to give back a portion of the the sales from this fun, inspiring read.
